Microsoft has switched on Data Auditing, a security-enhancing feature which provides administrators with more visibility into their cloud database operations.
In the announcement on the Azure Blog Matt Usher, Senior Program Manager, Microsoft SQL Engineering, said “…You can now utilize database auditing with Azure SQL Data Warehouse. He continued, “Introduced with Azure SQL Database, database auditing increases an organization’s ability to gain deep insight into events and changes that occur within a database, including updates and queries against the data.
