SQL Managed Instance
New capabilities in SQL Managed Instance will improve both migration and app modernisation in Azure. Additionally, distributed transactions between multiple SQL Managed instances are now supported.

Azure SQL Edge
Azure SQL Edge has now moved into general availability. This brings the security of SQL to both edge devices and IoT gateways. It helps enable predictive intelligence with AI, built-in data streaming and storage and all within a container of less than 500 megabytes.

Azure Database for PostgreSQL/MySQL
There is a new deployment option in preview called Flexible Server. This provides improved choice for developers as well as better performance and manageability. In addition, a new guided experience simplifies end-to-end deployment and reduces cost.
