Public Sector Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft

The Crown Commercial Service recently negotiated a three-year Public Sector Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft. Since the government’s cloud-first policy in 2013, each agreement with Microsoft has substantially increased the focus on cloud services.

We are happy to see this Public Sector Memorandum of Understanding as it opens a new focus in business applications. As Microsoft Gold Partners who specialise in custom development, migration and integration of business applications in Azure, this will make it easier for public sector organisations to contract us for our services. Additionally, Microsoft continues to give beneficial terms and discounts in Azure, helping our Public Sector partnerships.

We are Crown Commercial Service Suppliers already approved for Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 and G-Cloud 12. In fact, we are currently mid a big migration and development project for Sedgemoor District Council, we are development partners of the Queen Victoria Hospital and provide long-term resources for TFL. We look forward to many more Public Sector partnerships that this can bring.
