Azure Functions Extensions for Blobs, Queues, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Event Grid

The end of October saw the general release of a set of Azure Functions triggers and bindings. These are based on the most recent Azure SDKs and cover Azure Blob, Azure Queue, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid.

Additionally, you can connect with these services using an identity instead of a managed string secret. And your .NET apps can be written with the latest types from the Azure SDKs, replacing some of the older types.

Documentation exists individually here: Azure Blob, Azure Queue, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid

Microsoft has been rolling out automatic updates but if it has not yet arrived to you, you can update your extensions here Register Azure Functions binding extensions | Microsoft Docs

Post Terms: Azure Blob | Azure Queue | Event Grid | Event Hubs | Service Bus
