The BizTalk Server 2016 Feature Pack 1 has been released and extends functionality in key areas such as Deployment, Analytics, and Runtime.
Those organisations that have Software Assurance running the Enterprise or Developer editions of BizTalk Server 2016 can use Feature Pack 1. No other editions are currently eligible, though it’s also possible to use Feature Pack 1 if BizTalk Server is run in Azure with an Enterprise Agreement, as explained in the MSDN BizTalk Blog annoucement.
