Microsoft today released its first quarter results, which revealed better than anticipated profits. Since the arrival of CEO Satya Nadella the company has focused solidly on cloud infrastructure services, where it is second only to Amazon.
Posting a $4.7 billion profit from July to September, Microsoft shares are at an all time high, with the BBC reporting that shares rose 6% to $60.73 in after-hours trading.
