One of our recent application integration projects has been with United Living – one of the UK’s leading providers of refurbished and new build living solutions. United Living recently won an award for our project for Systems Integration in Residential and Commercial at Oracle’s Construction & Engineering Excellence Awards 2019!
Working with United Living, we developed an automated integration system for transferring design and construction coordination related data between legacy construction management systems, Buzzsaw and OpenSpace and a new construction management system – Aconex, which is owned by Oracle.
Here are some of the award-winning achievements listed by Greg Morley at United Living:
- Mail response time improved by 84%, from 16 days to 4 on average, while volume has grown 4X
- Transmittal response time improved by 68%, from 28 days to 9
- RFI response time has improved 19%
- Discovery has transformed from what could have taken a full-time person a year, to something that can now be done in a couple of hours to half a day
