With Partner Events, your solutions can now react to events that come from non-Azure services. You subscribe to published events from the external service/platform – known as Partner, using the new Partner Events Feature.
This also flows the other way, and you can enable your systems to send events to partner systems as well. The partner system must support receiving and routing events in their platform. As well as being of use with SaaS or ERP providers, this could be used for corporate platforms and internal teams.
This new feature further enables organisations to create event-driven solutions across the boundaries of individual platforms or networks
