The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride – Raising Funds for Men’s Health

Andrew at The Distinguished Gentleman's RideOn Sunday the 22nd of May 2022, I, Andrew Chalmers am riding my Triumph Bonneville Bobber as part of the Triumph Team in the London ride of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride.

In 2022, we again get to ride together in the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, after our solo ride last year. We are raising funds and awareness for Men’s health – particularly prostate cancer and suicide prevention.

You can donate to the cause here: https://gfolk.me/AndrewChalmers210772

Why are we riding?

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. Prostate cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer in men and 3 out of 4 suicides are men. Something has to change.

You can get more information and statistics about Prostate cancer and men’s suicide here: The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (gentlemansride.com).

So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I’m asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause. And so helping the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
