This Friday, Ballard Chalmers joined the rest of the Transparity team in Runnymede alongside the river Thames for our first in-person get-together since joining the Transparity Group last December. It was a wonderful team Christmas celebration.
The whole Transparity team works remotely from all around the UK. Using the latest technology we keep connected through Teams, SharePoint and more but you can’t beat the occasional in-person gathering.
Ballard Chalmers has expanded by over twenty permanent staff since joining the Transparity Group and it was the perfect opportunity to see each other in person and meet the wider team face to face.
A big thank you to the People & Culture team at Transparity for organising such a wonderful celebration and the Runnymede hotel for hosting us.
