We Have Upgraded to ISO 9001:2015

QMS-ISO-9001:2015We have recently upgraded our ISO 9001 standard. The ISO standards are updated to stay modern and we have just been approved by QMS International for the newest 9001 standard – ISO 9001:2015, up from 2008.

ISO 9001 sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It means we can demonstrate our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer needs as well as the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

What is ISO 9001:2015?

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

What is ISO?

ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of over a one-hundred and fifty national standards bodies.
